The Isa Upanishad offers this mantra about fullness:

Om poornamadah poornamidam poornaat poornamudachyate
Poornasya poornamaadaaya poornamevaavashishṣyate

trans: You are the fullness. There is fullness, here is fullness. From the fullness, the fullness is born. Remove the fullness from the fullness and the fullness alone remains.

This full moon in Libra is a time to feel full. Appreciate what you have, appreciate who you have. From your full heart inspire and love your neighbor, like really. Feeding drama and fear can’t come from a place of fullness.

Fullness not only encourages a spacious mind, but also decluttered spaces. Move your body daily to keep clean energy. It will help to tackle staying tidy every day, more than you usually would. Notice the fullness that remains after ditching the non-essential, both in your living space and in your personal circle of friends and family.

Libra is the sign of the scales. We are especially reminded that, as it says in the Upanishads, that all realization is a combination, a balance of tapas pravad, devas Prasad, human effort and divine grace. Put your full heart all in, but not with such force that you can’t also be receptive to the immense guidance showering down on all of us in epic abundance.

Shine ON. How you’re loving is how your living.
Love, Winifred
